Toledo OH, July 25, 2008--Rocky Roemer, President and CEO of Toledo-based Roemer Insurance, has joined the Transportation Lawyers Association, one of the nations oldest and most active specialty bar associations. Established in 1937, and based in Olathe, Kansas, the Transportation Lawyers Association works to educate transportation attorneys, through CLE courses and regular publications, about all aspects of the specialized legal environment affecting the transportation community.
“Being accepted into the Transportation Lawyers Association is an honor,” said Mr. Roemer. “I have sought membership with two goals in mind. He is also a member of the Research Advisory Committee (RAC) of the American Transportation Research Institute (ATRI). The RAC is charged with annually recommending a research agenda for the American Transportation Institute.
